WHAT TO EXPECT

Before any of our services, we offer a complimentary 30-minute meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pets. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your pet’s routine, personality, any questions or concerns, special requests, and care details for your home if applicable. We will navigate you through our onboarding process and show you how to use the Time to Pet app. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident that your pet and home are in capable and loving hands.

When booking our services, you can look forward to receiving text and photo updates after every visit through Time to Pet, our user-friendly client portal. You’ll know exactly when we arrive, how your pet is doing, and enjoy picture updates of the fun we’re having together.

We understand how important routine is for your pet, and we strive to maintain it with on-time feedings, honoring special requests, and providing plenty of individualized attention. If we notice any changes in your pet’s mood, behavior, or bowels, we’ll notify you promptly.

To help us provide the best care possible, we ask that you leave detailed written instructions for your pet and home, which we’ll keep on file for future visits. We’re happy to accommodate medical needs or administer medications with proper instructions and vet contact information provided.

If you’ll be away or out of service for an extended period, please provide local emergency and veterinary contact information so we can be prepared in case of an emergency.
